Contact
Email is the only channel. There is no contact form, no support desk and no phone number.
The contact address for this site is being set up and is not receiving mail yet.
There is no working email channel at the moment. This page will be updated as soon as there is one, and
nothing should be sent to a @cpsscore.com address until then.
When the address is live, it will reach the person who builds and runs this site. There is no ticketing system behind it, so a reply may take a few days — but it does get read.
What is useful to send
- A wrong number. Tell me what you did, what you expected and what you got. The test length and the click mode matter, because a 1-second run and a 60-second run are not comparable.
- A bug. Which page, which browser and version, and which device. On mobile, saying whether it was a tap or a drag helps.
- A suggestion. If it is a feature that needs a server — accounts, a leaderboard, saved scores in the cloud — it will probably be declined, because those are the things this site deliberately does not do.
- Anything about privacy. See the privacy policy first; it covers what is and is not stored.
Why there is no contact form
A form needs a server to receive the message, and this site has no backend. Rather than put a form on the page that cannot actually send anything, the contact channel is plain email.
What I cannot help with
- Bans in games. This site does not report anyone to anyone, and has no connection to any game server.
- Fixing a low CPS score. The number measures your setup and your hand, not a setting on this page.
- Recovering a saved score. Your results live in your own browser. If you clear your browser data, they are gone, and there is no copy here to restore.
